Orlando has several discount movie theaters and even some of the full price theaters have discount show times. Here are our favorites.

• The Picture Show at Altamonte – $1.25 before 6 pm, $1.75 after 6 pm, $0.75 all day Tuesday. This is our favorite discount movie theater. They have recently upgraded their sound, screens, projectors, and seats! They even offer 3D movies now for a small surcharge. Get there early on weekends! Map it

• Regal Oviedo Marketplace Stadium 22 – First run theater. TIckets are normally $10.50, but on Tuesdays, all tickets are only $5 (3D movies are $8.50 on Tuesdays). This is by far the best deal in town for first run movies in a first class theater. Map it
